Hi! 👋 I'm Irina Rokosz, a Business Process Manager with over 20 years of experience in both corporate and freelance roles. I've led numerous company-wide improvement and reorganization programs in the Information Technologies and Software Development sectors. I've also coached hundreds of coworkers at all hierarchical levels on the latest management principles and methods. Nowadays, I run my own business.

In this newsletter, I use processes to show managers, leaders, founders, and business owners how to improve their organizations, minimize complexity, and get better at their craft. I share my experience, along with frameworks, methodologies, use cases, and research on various process and management topics. I use plain language and provide detailed, actionable steps for implementing the best practices.

My goal is to help you manage better. I give you the tools to work on your business, not in it. However, I don't offer you another rehash of traditional leadership philosophy. We've had that treatment for so long, yet, the symptoms persist: too many people hate their jobs, their bosses, and their work environment. This is not okay and shouldn't be the norm. We’re long overdue for an improvement, and it consists of two parts: a) enhancing our management skills and b) upgrading the system in which we apply them. I show you how to do both.
